Step inside a weekend of slow living, beautiful food, and intentional hospitality…

There’s something that happens when a table is set with intention.

Candles lit. Bread still warm. Conversations lingering longer than expected.

This weekend is an invitation into that feeling.

For three nights, you’re not just visiting our inn—you’re stepping into a slower rhythm. One shaped by seasonal meals, thoughtful hosting, and the kind of connection that only happens when everything else fades away.

Alongside a guest chef, we’ll gather, cook, eat, and tell stories—creating something that feels less like an event, and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.

This is a 3-night, all-inclusive culinary residency experience, designed for a small group of guests inside our 1878 bed & breakfast.

Every detail is taken care of so you can simply arrive and be part of it.

Here’s what a typical weekend looks like…

Friday evening - Arrival & Welcome

Settle into your room, sip something warm, and join us for a cozy welcome dinner.
The evening unfolds slowly—introductions, stories, and the first sense that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Saturday:

A slow breakfast leads into a hands-on cooking experience with our guest chef.

This afternoon, we’ll head on a farm tour, or a wine tour depending on the chef, and have time to rest at the Inn.

In the evening, we’ll gather for a candlelit, multi-course dinner by our guest chef.

Sunday:

Brunch lingers a little longer. Conversations go a little deeper.

We’ll gather again for a more intimate workshop and shared meal, ending the day with a relaxed, family-style dinner and a meaningful closing moment.

Monday:

Coffee, breakfast, and a slow send-off—complete with recipes and something to take a piece of the weekend home with each guest.

Each residency is shaped around a guest chef or cookbook author, bringing their unique perspective, recipes, and story into the weekend.

But what makes this experience special isn’t just the food.

It’s:

  • The way the table is set

  • The way strangers become friends by Sunday night

  • The way stories shape who we are in the kitchen

We’re not just teaching guests how to cook. We’re inviting them into what it means to host well & feel welcomed.
